Clients are impressed that the User Interface is simply and intuitive. Most other solutions require our clients to login into separate modules such as e-commerce, campaign management and CRM.
Our training is simplified as we do not have to train clients on multiple solutions in order to deliver their online solution.
The reporting is also a great tool to help clients better understand their online business. A great lead in before they get their heads around more advanced stats from Google Analytics.
Another great selling tool is the level of hosting that BC provides. Our clients are much more comfortable knowing that we use a T1 service.
There is no doubt the platform has reduced our deployment time and resource requirements up to 30%.
In terms of learning curve….well this is always an ongoing process as there are plenty of new features coming out and even more creative ways in which we can use them on our sites.
We always sit a new employee in front of the online training videos so they can get a comprehensive overview of the system before we set them to work!

In less than a year we have been able to deploy some reasonably large sites such as an American parenting site, 2 major retail chains, a business incubator for a University and now a series of sites for one of the top 4 banks in Australia.
