How to Submit a Support Request
For BC Partners
- Login to your Admin Console and go to your Partner Portal.
- Select 'Support' from the top right of your Partner Portal.
- Your past support cases will be displayed. Click on "Submit a New Case" on the top left to lodge a new support ticket.
- Let us know the nature and category of your inquiry, then browse our suggested solutions. Still can't find an answer? Submit the form and we'll get back to you within 8 business hours.
For End Users of the System
- Login to your Admin Console.
- Click "Support Central" in the top right corner of your Admin Console.
- Click on "Support Request" on the top right, then follow the prompts to submit your request. You can also browse the forums, watch our training videos, or search the Online Business Wiki.
- Select the category of your request and check out our suggested solutions. If you still can't find the answer, simply fill out the form, and we'll get back to you within 8 business hours.
